THE SPACE : 30 Days of Devotion is a morning somatic meditation practice born to consistently connect you to your deepest Truth with reverence, accountability, regulation, integration and community allyship.
Every morning, for 30 days, we will come together online for an alchemical somatic meditation practice that weaves together evocative music, gently guided breath, vocalization and movement into an accessible yet powerful hour of attunement and integration.
You are invited to join us.
When supported by our intuitive utilization of our God-given organic resources, (breath, vocalization, and movement) we expand our capacity to feel what is real and move from that place of Truth with devotion, listening and refinement.
This space is a devotional, reverential and safe container… an open space, primed to allow curiosity to lead so that you discover and learn to discern exactly what you need in any moment.
We drop out of the common conditioning from our patterns of protection and stress responses; anxiety, fear, avoidance, pushing, pretending, and performing.
We practice making space to simply be with what IS.
We practice building discernment of what is True and what is reaction, what is story and what is heart; in order to reclaim our authentic embodied presence.
We practice doing our own true thing, together.
When this is applied in community and in reverence to something greater, an energetic impact is created that words can not encapsulate because it is a feeling… a 360-degree sensation of a dilated capacity of connection, that is felt by every strand of DNA in our bodies.
Simply put, this is embodied presence and collective coherence in the unified field.
It’s accessed through this process of steadily practicing sinking into a safe and solid container; allowing our raw, primal selves to become felt, known, witnessed, accepted and evolve - together, with the accountability of community.

Mondays - Fridays: 7am - 8:00am PST Morning Calls // Community check-in + devotional somatic practice to awaken, release and integrate.
Saturdays + Sundays: Self Practice // These days are for self-accountability and follow through in your own practice. This is a time for reflection to see what is working and what is not. It is also a time for you to cultivate a clearer connection to your own truth before reconnecting in community on Monday morning.
